I began my training more than fifteen years ago to satisfy my intrigue as to the workings of the mind, body and spirit.
As my learnings grew, so did my enthusiasm and since then, they have never ceased to captivate my attention. I have been honoured to travel with many clients throughout their various journeys and find them a big inspiration to the work I do. Through my clients I have broadened my therapeutic approaches to become the best that I can be. I believe I now have a therapy for all and that no issue is ever too big or too small.
I also do volunteer work and enjoy the variety of people I meet and work with, both as a volunteer and in the private work I do.
My first professional experience of energy work was when I trained as a Reiki practitioner. Little did I know at the time, as a talking therapist, how much energy work would become part of my practice as well as a major path in my own happiness.
While meeting people who found travelling difficult, I decided to become a mobile therapist. I also find people often feel more at ease in their own environment. Through someone very close to me, I gained some very personal insight into social anxiety and realised how truly difficult it can be for some people to work face to face, and so decided to also work online. I found this works extremely well, and now I have clients worldwide.
I've experienced various therapies, I’ve tried and tested them and found what I believe to be a combination of the best. Yes, I’ve had my issues, I’ve had traumas. I’ve also worked through them all to become a more understanding, empathic and stronger person because of them. All of us have issues at some point in our lives, and I think it’s the brave ones who choose to face them. I was brave, I hope you can be too.
