Basic EFT can be used as a self-help tool, and practiced by anyone at any time. As your practitioner, I will show you how to tap on your energy points, to do this yourself during a free consultation
As with acupuncture, EFT works directly on the energy points (meridian system), though instead of using needles, we stimulate the points by tapping on them with our fingers, while focusing on the emotional, physical or mental anguish at the same time.
The body is made up of many energy and information systems. Disruptions in this normally free flowing information system, can result in both emotional and physical distress. EFT clears the blockages within our energy, hence disbursing the negative emotions held within it. Resulting in both physiological and psychological relief.
EFT transforms the way you feel about events, so much so, that a traumatic event can be thought about without any trauma. It provides rapid relief from all kinds of emotional and physical elements, often helping where nothing else can.
Matrix Reimprinting is especially designed to work with past events, without the need for lengthy in-depth details of the event. Traumatic events are neutralised, disenabling their power in the present and the future.
Matrix Birth Reimprinting is designed to work with anyone of any age whose birth was not exactly as they wanted. We eliminate the trauma of birth and reconnect with the unconscious, to give deep and meaningful resolution.
